This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for eTranslate AI purchases processed through Paddle.

1. Billing Provider

All purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and Paddle's payment policies.

2. Eligibility Window

New purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days from the original transaction date when there is a valid issue such as accidental duplicate purchase, technical failure to deliver service, or unauthorized payment claim.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined for cases including significant product usage after purchase, requests made outside the eligibility window, repeated refund abuse, or violations of the Terms and Conditions.

4. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by applicable law. You can avoid unwanted renewals by canceling before the next billing date in your billing portal.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@etranslateai.com with your purchase email, transaction details, and reason for refund. We aim to review requests within 3 business days.

6. Approved Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are sent through the original payment method via Paddle. Final settlement time depends on your payment provider and bank.
